La Trappe blonde is a hoppy beer with high degree of fermentation. Its color is amber-like bright with dense lasting foam.
Its pure flavor is due to its malt and a drop of yeast which grants it a very fresh fruit note. The various varieties of hop give it an aromatic smell.
It has a strong malt and pleasant bitter taste of hops, with a drop of honey and coriander. La Trappe Blonde is the perfect beer to quench your thirst, with a wonderful tenure, very light at first but still with a refined taste.
