Delivery methods

The delivery of www.worldofbeer.ro products is done through its own fleet only in Bucharest and Ilfov County. The transport fee is 19.90 ron, and for orders over 200 ron the delivery is Free.

The delivery schedule for orders is from Monday to Friday, between 11:00 and 16:00. The order placed until 16:00, will be delivered on the next working day, respecting the time interval 11:00 - 16:00, from Monday to Friday. For orders placed after 16:00, the confirmation will be made by phone on the next working day and delivery after another working day. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

In order to establish the delivery details, after placing the order, it is possible that you will be contacted by telephone by an operator, between 10:00 and 16:00, from Monday to Friday.

If you would like to specify certain delivery issues, such as delivery time, address, or landmarks, please use the feedback box to submit these issues before completing your order.

The products are delivered within the available stock. If one or more ordered products are no longer in stock, you will be notified.

The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the Customer when he or a third party designated by him, other than the courier, enters into physical possession of the ordered products.

Payment methods

The online store www.worldofbeer.ro offers you the following payment methods:

Payment by card

The online store www.worldofbeer.ro uses euPlatesc.ro services for online transactions. Payment can be made online with your personal or company card, in complete security. Payment is based on a secure online transaction processing system providing confidentiality and security when purchasing products and services online. Card data processing is done exclusively through banks, the www.worldofbeer.ro store does not request or store any details regarding your card.

Transactions will be made in lei (ron), regardless of the card used, based on the conditions agreed with the issuing bank.

Payment by bank transfer

After placing the order, a proforma invoice will be sent to the email address, with the data necessary to complete the transaction. It is essential that the transaction details specify the order number for which the payment is made. This order number can be found on the proforma invoice.

In case of payment by bank transfer, the order is processed and delivered after we receive the payment confirmation.

The invoice will be sent along with the order, or by email. as you prefer.

If the order is returned or canceled, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Upon receipt of orders paid with payment order, online card, etc., it is necessary to present an identity document for individuals, and for legal entities it is necessary to present an identity document and power of attorney or stamp from the company.

The prices displayed on the website www.worldofbeer.ro are in lei (ron) and include VAT.
